  • What landscape services do you offer?

    At Martin Land Design, we craft personalized landscapes and gardens by tailoring each project to our client's unique vision and needs. We begin with a detailed consultation and then create concept drawings, planting plans, and hardscape plans to ensure a cohesive and functional design. To help you visualize the final outcome, we even offer 3D models.

  • How much does a landscape design consultation cost?

    Our initial consultation charge varies from $100-250 pending on location.   At this appointment our landscape designer will give advice, guidance, and share general gardening and landscape ideas.  The designer will let you know if you need to move forward with a design or if we can provide a sketch and bid. 

  • What is included in the design fee?

    The design fee covers:


    · Initial Consultation


    · Site work: measurements and photographs of area to be landscaped


    · Custom Design and one copy of the drawing


    · A meeting at your home where you will be shown the landscape design and any materials used to create this design.


    · Formal proposal that will address the estimated cost of the landscape including trees and other plants, materials, hardscape, architectural features, drainage, irrigation system, outdoor lighting and the estimated cost for the project. 


    · One design revision, if needed.


    The landscape design fees range from pending the scope of work.  The designers will quote the design fee at the initial consultation.  


    You will receive a credit back for your design fees should Martin Land Design provide the installation. 

  • What kind of landscape styles can you do?

    Do not worry, we have experience in all types of  landscape styles.  During the consultation we will discuss with you different styles and recommend what works bests with the architectural features of your home and your goals.  Whether you want an elegant formal garden or a simple contemporary garden with clean lines or a tropical oasis, we are ready to design the garden of your dreams!
